this looks great :) you have a great painterly like style. It reminmds me of a circus or a carousel or a fair or something :) probaly the streamers and bright colors. The expressions are great too :) seems they are having a good ole time. I also love how it looks like it's on watercolor paper, adds some interesting texture. I need to start making backgrounds in my art to give it a more completed look like yours :p
